1.  How do I get the keys ?

You do not need any keys to enter the house, our home features a keyless entry lock; the system will be set to a combination code you provide to us via e-mail, so you don't have to go anywhere to pick up a key, you just go straight to the home from the airport.  The house alarm will also be programmed to accept this code.   Please make sure you read your rental contract for instructions on how to open the entry door and disarm the home alarm. There will be a key inside the house if you prefer to use one.  (There will be a $35.00 charge for any lost key).

2.  How far from the Strip is the house?

Our house is conveniently located just off Sahara avenue about 7 miles east of the Strip, convention centers and downtown, about 7-10 minute drive to the casino and convention areas, zip code is 89142.  The actual address of the house will be provided on the rental agreement.  For taxicab info and rates please visit this link:  http://taxi.state.nv.us/TaxiCabInfo.htm

3.  Are there linens provided or should I bring my own?

Mattress pads, pillows, blanket, towels and bedspreads are provided.

4.  Is there a washer and dryer in the house?

Yes, our house is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience.  You just buy your favorite detergent.

5.  Are there pots/pans and dishes?

Yes, our house has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook a dinner for up to 8 people.  We even provide cooking seasonings and spices.

6.  Is there internet access in the house?

Yes, our house features a complementary wireless high speed internet connection, better known as Wi-Fi.  This service enables our guests with wireless enabled laptop computers, personal digital assistants (PDAs) or any Wi-Fi ready devise to access the internet. You can access this service if you are within a 150 foot range base of the house. A color printer and a fax are also provided for your convenience.

7.  Is smoking allowed in the house?

No, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house; however, ashtrays are provided in the patio for you use.  Should anyone smoke inside the house there will be a charge of $250.00 to clean the carpets, air filters and furnishings.

8.  Is there any additional (hidden) charges?

Some vacation homes will charge you extra to use the grill, a crib or the internet.  We have a flat rate and do not charge you extra for any of the amenities in the house.  Nevada room tax of 9% is not collected at this time.

9.  When is my security deposit refunded?

Your security deposit (minus a $75.00 cleaning fee) will be refunded within (ten) 10 days after check out, provided there are no damages to the house or missing items.  In the even that further collection action may be undertaken, the credit card on file will be charged for any additional charges plus a $100.00 administration fee.   Your total security deposit refund should be $175.00

10.  Do I have to have a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We do not accept cash or personal checks. You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation.  We do not rent to high school or  college spring breakers unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

11.  Can I have a party at the house?

Our property is located within a community that maintains a private, secluded, tranquil environment for its residents.  This home is NOT the venue for a wedding reception, reunion or a large party of any kind.  If you wish to use our property to have a loud party, then you should consider a more appropriate location for such activity.  Our home is intended for families, conventioneers and vacationers only, any loud party or  illegal activity is reported to the police immediately.

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.  Please be considerate to our neighbors; we are a 24-hour town, many people work nights and weekends. All surrounding neighbors have our phone numbers, should they complain or call the police due to excessive noise or suspicious activities you will be asked to leave the property without any refund and possible incur other fees.

12.  Is the house garage available?

The house garage is not available, it is used for personal storage.  Parking is available on the driveway (2 cars maximum) please lock your cars and take all personal items inside.  Even thought the house is located in a safe neighborhood, we are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles parked on the driveway .  Please do not block our neighbor's driveways.

13.  What is the maximum occupancy allowed?

The house sleeps 6 to 8 guests comfortably; the maximum occupancy is 8 including infants, children and adults.  Our nightly rate is based on 1-8 guests. There are only 5 beds and 1 crib in the house, therefore, some guests will have to share beds.   If you have a group larger that 8 and you did not report them, your credit card will be charged $100.00 per additional person per stay.
