Deposit
|
A $250.00 refundable security deposit is required to hold your days at the time of
booking, the rental rate is due 30 days before arrival.
Your security deposit is credited back to your credit card after check
out minus the $75.00 cleaning fee. |

through our secure online payment system, credit card required.

Cancellations & Refunds
|
If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior
to arrival, your security deposit will be refunded less a $100.00
administrative cancellation fee. |

If cancellation occurs 29 days before arrival
but more than 15 days, a $250.00 cancellation fee applies, all other
payments will be refunded. |
|
If cancellation occurs less than 15 days,
only the security deposit will be refunded, all other payments will be
forfeited as damages. |
|
There is a $50.00 service fee for making
changes to your reservation, based on availability.
